Our team is comprised of licensed administrators, nurses, and business office staff with decades of experience in nursing home operations, business office management, MDS and billing expertise, and we specialize in providing a consistent approach to our consultancy, helping to collect old aging and ensure a facility’s hard earned money is collected regularly and timely.

Our president, Kristopher Dusek, has 20 years of management experience in different industries, but has honed his skills in the skilled nursing industry over the past eight years. Having been Vice President of Operations for his two family owned facilities, and having built one of the facilities from the ground up, his experience is vast in nursing home operations.
Understanding that staffing is difficult, and that the financial aspect of nursing facilities is always tough and critical to the success of the building, he took over as business office manager and continues to fulfill that role as needed. The company’s philosophy relies on maintaining consistent staffing. Turnover in the business office can be detrimental to the operations, and can take months to recover from.
